But at UPD, it's a form about your pet ! So it's a bit funniest to fill out 🐶🐱
We worked on a form for new customers to help them choose their pet's diet, and we iterated on this concept more or less for 3 years.
The iterations concerned components like: obviously design and ergonomics, its place in the user flow and also the recommendation algorithm.
I won't share with you the KPI optimization's impacts, but they are cool, really cool ✌️
